Following are the terms and conditions of using the Content Kingdom web site and/or subscribing to our newsletter. Your use of this site and/or continued subscription to the Content Kingdom newsletter represents your consent to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or alter these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

Subscription and Permission. The Content Kingdom newsletter is circulated by subscription only. If you regularly receive our newsletter, it is because you or someone you know subscribed you to our mailing list. We use an double opt-in policy for subscriptions, which means that after the initial sign up, we confirm again that you want to receive our newsletter.

Unsubscribing. Each newsletter sent from Content Kingdom contains a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Receiving Newsletter. To make sure you are alerted to the opening and closing of our service, and receive other correspondence, make sure you whitelist news @ content-kingdom.com (take out the spaces). Check your spam folder periodically as well.

Content Kingdom does not make, and you shall not receive, any warranties, and Content Kingdom expressly disclaims any and all warranties regarding the articles you purchase, express or implied, statutory or allegedly extended in any communication with Content Kingdom, including but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringment. Content Kingdom is not liable for any damages you suffer as a result of posting, submitting or otherwise using online or offline any of the articles you purchase from us. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the articles you purchase.
